How do I borrow an eBook?

Answer

Users may read eBooks online, or download them for limited periods as determined by the vendor. In certain instances, users may download either the entire book, or certain chapters required for study purposes, which may then be retained on mobile devices for a specific period. Once the loan period expires, users must download the same material again.
