Q. How can I find the full text of a journal article?

Answer

Search for a full text journal article by searching Full text Finder on the library web page. Enter the journal title where the article has been published in. Make sure that you have the full bibliographic details of the article.

Before clicking on one of the databases, check the date of publication availability. Be aware that some of the subscribed databases have a Full Text Delayed period for example 18 months.

Click on one of the available databases. Click on the year of publication when the article has being published. The year of publication will expand and you will have the option to select the volume and issue number where the article has been published in.

A list of all the articles will be displayed in that specific volume and issue number.  Scroll through the list to see if your article is full text available.

If the journal title is not available in Full Text finder, contact your Faculty Librarian. Alternatively request the full text article/s via Inter Library Loans.
